Solution
Python and API-based automation, decision-support reporting and workflow-standardization tools were designed around the real operational constraints.

KotoNexus

A living knowledge hub connecting Japanese study, university notes, schedules and JLPT preparation in one system.

Problem
Study context was distributed across independent applications, notes, schedules and assessment workflows.
Solution
Yuki Tech orchestrated KotoFlow, KotoNotes and KotoJun through a secure full-stack system with persistence, an immersive dashboard and connected study interfaces.
Result
A private knowledge hub that keeps the separate tools purposeful while making their information accessible through one coherent study experience.
